Is Vintner’s Inn adults only?
Vintner’s Inn is an adult only (18+) boutique hotel. Many of our guests stay with us while visiting the area, Kutztown University parents and guardians, along with overnight wedding guests from Folino Estate and other venues in the area.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
A deposit equal to one night of your stay is required at the time the reservation is made. For any guest making a reservation within 5 days of arrival, the entire reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
For a cancellation made prior to 5 days before the arrival date, the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation. Shortening of stays and reschedules are considered cancellations. If we can rebook any night of your stay, we will refund you that portion, less a $25 cancellation fee. However, there are no refunds for any guest who fails to show for their reservation without any notice.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We do not collect personal information about the visitors to our site unless they correspond with us via e-mail. We do collect those e-mail addresses in order to periodically correspond with our visitors about updates to our site, or to share news about upcoming events or information that might be helpful. We never share personal information collected with other organizations. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email to info@vintners-inn.com.
Vintner’s Inn Kutztown LLC only collects personal information when you book a room with us and/or request our services and only uses the information collected to complete such bookings or provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your booking. Our shopping cart is operated by a secure and approved shopping cart vendor utilized by Vintner’s Inn Kutztown LLC and handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality. Vintner’s Inn Kutztown LLC does not store any credit card data in our internal systems.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the website, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

What time is check in and check out?
Check-in starts at 3pm
Check-out is at 11am
Do you allow pets on property?
Although we understand many people travel with their pets, unfortunately we do not allow pets on premises.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 8 rooms that all feature a private bathroom and many other amenities you can find listed when booking.
Do you provide rollaway beds or sleeping sofas?
We do not. Our rooms are priced and equipped for 2 people maximum.
Is parking available?
Yes! We have a parking lot specifically for guests at the rear of our building. All guests are allotted one spot per party. If additional spots are needed, street parking is available.
Is there event space at the Inn?
Yes! Our Courtyard Garden accommodates 40 guests seated or a maximum of 50 standing room only.
Do you allow group or whole property bookings?
Please call the Inn for assistance if looking to book the entire Inn.
Do Folino Family Wine Club Members receive a discount?
Yes! Please contact us directly to book your room.
