Please note, seating is broken down into tables of eight. If you would like to sit with a specific group, please add to the notes section of the reservation or contact us at kmascarenas@folinoestate.com or info@folinoestate.com, otherwise you will be dining with other guests attending the event. 

Two menu options available. Please choose your preferred menu while booking. 

Menu 1: 
- Winter Salad, baby kale, radishes, farro, goat cheese, blood orange, red onion, cranberries, pecan vinaigrette 
- Pan Seared Mahi Mahi, pesto linguine, sautéed spinach, lemon butter sauce  
- Strawberry tiramisu, fresh berries, whipped cream  

Menu 2: 
- Estate Caesar Salad 
- Chicken Parmesan, pomodoro linguine, sauteed baby kale  
- Raspberry Panna Cotta; red wine and berry coulis, fresh berries
